COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL ENERGY STORAGE SOLUTIONS
50 kW / 150.5 kWh Hybrid Microgrid Energy Storage System
Ener Hexon Solution150 combines 150.5 kWh of rated storage and a 50 kW hybrid inverter for projects that need to coordinate renewable generation, a diesel generator and commercial or industrial loads. Direct PV input and a dedicated diesel input make it an equipment option for remote sites and small hybrid microgrids; wind input is optional.
Equipment Overview
The manufacturer describes seven air-cooled battery packs, a 50 kW hybrid inverter, BMS, EMS, smart temperature control and fire protection. The cabinet measures 1600 × 1700 × 2591 mm (W × D × H), weighs 3000 kg and uses an IP54 / C4 enclosure specification. Its 2.72 m² equipment footprint excludes access and site clearances.
YINTU is an energy storage solution provider. We match project requirements with products from capable manufacturing partners, including YOTAI, and coordinate equipment selection, technical clarification and supply. The equipment described here is YOTAI's Ener Hexon series; YINTU's project scope is agreed in the quotation.
Commercial & Industrial Application Scenarios
Remote workshops, mines and oilfield support
Coordinate daytime solar generation, stored energy and generator operation for selected auxiliary loads, communications and accommodation. Prepare a complete load schedule and motor-starting assessment; heavy machinery may require a larger system or a separate generator supply.
Agriculture and water management
Evaluate the system for irrigation controls, pumping schedules and agricultural processing loads where grid access is weak or unavailable. Match PV production with pumping hours and include pump starting current, seasonal demand and dry-season weather in the design.
Island and village commercial services
Combine local solar generation with battery dispatch and a diesel reserve for stores, service buildings or small business facilities. Define essential and deferrable loads, minimum SOC and generator start/stop criteria so the operating strategy matches the available resources.
Weak-grid commercial sites
Assess storage and generation coordination where supply interruptions affect operations. The proposed connection, switching and anti-islanding scheme must be agreed with the equipment supplier and local utility; grid import/export capability is subject to the final design.
Temporary operations and emergency support
A prepared site can use the integrated cabinet as part of a temporary microgrid, with transport, lifting, foundations, earthing and connection work planned in advance. It is a 3000 kg stationary cabinet, not a portable consumer power station.
Sites with complementary wind resources
Where measured wind yield justifies it, the optional wind interface can add another generation source. Confirm the turbine characteristics, protection, controller and unloading arrangement. The wind turbine and optional interface must be explicitly included in the quotation.
System Features and Project Value
Direct solar input
Up to 50 kW PV input is specified, with four MPPTs and two input channels per MPPT. String voltage and current must remain within the listed limits across the site's temperature range.
Diesel coordination
The diesel input is rated at 50 kW / 380 Vac / 75 A. YINTU can coordinate review of generator sizing, minimum loading and start/stop logic with the manufacturer; no fixed fuel-saving percentage is promised.
Optional wind integration
The optional interface is rated at 10 kW, with 20 kW maximum input, MPPT operation and PWM unloading. Wind hardware and controls are a separate project decision.
Expansion and monitoring
The manufacturer describes 50–300 kW expansion and RS485, Ethernet and 4G communications. Parallel operation and remote monitoring availability require the approved project configuration.
How the System Fits Your Site
The concept diagram shows PV feeding the hybrid ESS through its DC input, a diesel generator feeding the rated AC input, and a separately specified optional wind interface. The integrated inverter supplies the site AC loads. The controller must coordinate sources, battery SOC and load priorities. Input ratings cannot simply be added together to claim a higher AC output: the system's rated AC output remains 50 kW.

From Site Requirements to a Storage Solution
1. Define the operating objective
Identify whether the priority is peak management, solar self-consumption, backup or microgrid operation. Use the actual load profile and generation resources to set the power, energy and operating reserve.
2. Match equipment and interfaces
YINTU coordinates equipment selection and technical clarification with the manufacturing partner, including voltage, controls, environment, expansion and optional functions.
3. Confirm delivery and service scope
Agree the final equipment list, metering, protection, switchgear, transformer (if required), cables, foundations, installation, commissioning and service responsibilities before ordering. PV modules, generators, wind turbines, EV chargers and site works are included only when listed in the quotation. Warranty, lead time, MOQ and price are confirmed for the selected configuration.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is wind input standard?
No. The datasheet labels wind power input as optional. Turbine selection, interface equipment, protection and unloading controls must be confirmed and itemised.
Can the unit deliver PV power plus diesel power plus battery power simultaneously?
The input limits describe separate interfaces and do not establish an additive AC output rating. Rated AC output is 50 kW. Permitted combinations and dispatch modes follow the manufacturer's control strategy and final design.
How much generator fuel can it save?
A result requires the load profile, solar and wind resource, generator fuel curve, SOC strategy and operating schedule. The system can be assessed to reduce selected generator running hours, but no universal fuel-saving percentage applies.
How long can it run without generation?
150.5 kWh / 50 kW gives a nominal energy-to-power ratio of about 3.01 hours. Actual usable runtime is lower after SOC reserves, losses and auxiliary demand, and depends on the load profile.
What does YINTU provide?
YINTU coordinates requirements, product matching and technical information with manufacturing partners. The final quotation defines equipment supply, optional interfaces, engineering, commissioning and service responsibilities.
Discuss Your C&I Energy Storage Project
Send the project country, AC voltage and frequency, interval load data, tariff schedule, existing PV and generator details, required backup loads and duration, site plan, ambient conditions and target delivery date. YINTU will coordinate a suitable configuration, equipment interfaces, documentation and quotation with the manufacturing partner.
Figures are taken from the supplied manufacturer datasheet and are subject to the final order specification. Rated battery energy is not guaranteed usable AC energy. Runtime depends on the usable SOC window, load, temperature, conversion losses and auxiliary consumption. Application images are illustrative concepts, not photographs of completed YINTU projects. Topology drawings show operating concepts and are not installation wiring diagrams.
