CONTAINERIZED SOLAR STORAGE & CHARGING SOLUTIONS
375-500 kW / 780-1000 kWh Air-Cooled Hybrid ESS
10-ft containerized LiFePO4 storage with 375-500 kW output and 780-1000 kWh energy. Combines battery, BMS, PCS and EMS for solar-storage charging projects, on/off-grid operation and generator-supported microgrids. EV chargers are project-selected.
Product Overview
A 10-ft platform for commercial properties and industrial sites that need a choice between direct PV input and an external-inverter solar arrangement. The two configurations share the stated enclosure dimensions but use different PV integration paths.
YINTU is an energy storage solution provider. We work with capable manufacturing partners to select equipment, coordinate technical information and develop a configuration around the customer's site requirements. The listed product is a configurable platform; the supply and service boundaries are agreed for each project.
How Solar, Storage and Charging Work Together
Solar generation can serve site demand while storage shifts selected energy to later periods. The PCS connects the DC battery system with AC loads, and EMS coordination supports the chosen operating schedule and reserve policy. External EV charging equipment can be included in the site solution after its rating, quantity, charging interface and control compatibility are selected.
The 500 kW configuration uses an external PV inverter. Other configurations use integrated MPPT; internal MPPT limits do not apply to the external-inverter version.
The generator port provides an interface for an external diesel generator where required. Grid and generator operation, switchgear and source-transfer logic follow the approved electrical design. AC/DC integration here describes the storage and conversion architecture; the specification does not state built-in EV charging guns or a direct DC EV charging output.
Key Features
AC and DC equipment integrated around one control platform
LiFePO4 batteries, BMS, PCS and EMS are integrated with a generator port. The battery operates on the DC side and the PCS provides the AC interface. This creates a coordinated equipment platform for solar-storage charging projects while the site distribution, protection and external chargers are designed as part of the complete solution.
PV integration matched to the selected configuration
The 500 kW configuration uses an external PV inverter. Other configurations use integrated MPPT; internal MPPT limits do not apply to the external-inverter version.
On-grid and off-grid operation
The datasheet lists rated power for both modes and a switching time below 10 ms. The project design coordinates the grid connection, generator, essential loads and transfer arrangement. This rating should not be treated as a universal no-interruption guarantee for every load.
Thermal management and protection
The IP54 enclosure combines air conditioning for the battery with intelligent PCS cooling and an integrated fire protection system. The quoted operating temperature is -10 to +55 C, with humidity from 5% to 95% and altitude <2000 m.
Expandable project architecture
The series supports multiple units in parallel; the datasheet does not specify a universal maximum count. Parallel operation requires a coordinated control, communication, cable and protection design.
Applications and Project Value
Commercial solar and EV charging
Combine a solar canopy or rooftop array, this storage container and external EV chargers into a coordinated site solution. Compare direct PV coupling on the 375 kW configuration with external-inverter integration on the 500 kW version before fixing the system architecture.
Factories with existing PV inverters
For the 500 kW version, evaluate the external PV inverter, site AC distribution, protection and control compatibility as one design. This offers a configuration path for projects with separately selected solar conversion equipment, subject to engineering confirmation.
Supermarkets and commercial campuses
Schedule stored energy around trading hours, refrigeration demand and charging activity. Storage can support demand management and solar self-consumption when the dispatch plan reflects the actual tariff, load profile and grid limits.
Weak-grid and generator-supported sites
Use stored energy and the generator connection to support selected loads through supply disruptions. The design establishes reserve levels, transfer logic, generator coordination and the maximum permitted parallel arrangement.
Configuration Comparison
| Parameter | 375 kW / 780 kWh | 500 kW / 1000 kWh |
|---|---|---|
| Rated battery energy | 780 kWh | 1000 kWh |
| Nominal battery voltage | 832 V | 832 V |
| Rated battery capacity | 942 Ah | 1256 Ah |
| Maximum PV input | 360 kW | External PV inverter |
| Maximum PV voltage | 950 V DC | Not specified internally |
| MPPT voltage range | 250-850 V DC | External inverter selected separately |
| PV input current (source notation) | 200 A x 3 | Not specified internally |
| MPPT channels | 3 | Not specified internally |
| Rated AC power: on-grid / off-grid | 375 kW | 500 kW |
| Maximum AC current: on-grid / off-grid | 560 A | 757 A |
| Approximate system weight | 8,700 kg | 10,600 kg |
The 500 kW configuration uses an external PV inverter. Other configurations use integrated MPPT; internal MPPT limits do not apply to the external-inverter version.
Power and energy are paired configurations, not independent values that can be freely mixed. Battery energy, voltage and ampere-hour values are reproduced as specified; practical usable energy and backup time depend on the final operating limits and site load. PV current notation is preserved as 200 A multiplied by the stated channel count.

YINTU Project Selection and Supply Scope
Start with the country and site environment, grid voltage, interval load profile, PV array or existing inverter information, generator details and backup priorities. For a charging project, add charger power, vehicle schedule and expected simultaneous demand. YINTU coordinates configuration selection and technical clarification with the manufacturing partner.
The proposal defines the selected storage configuration, controls, switchgear and any project accessories. PV modules, external PV inverters where needed, diesel generators, EV chargers, civil works, transport, installation and commissioning are included only when listed in the agreed scope. Certification documents, warranty, pricing, lead time and payment terms are confirmed for the selected model and destination.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are EV chargers built into the container?
The supplied datasheet describes a PV-storage-diesel microgrid platform and does not specify built-in charging guns or charger ratings. YINTU can coordinate a solar-storage charging solution using separately selected EV chargers and a suitable site distribution and control design.
Can PV strings connect directly?
The 500 kW configuration uses an external PV inverter. Other configurations use integrated MPPT; internal MPPT limits do not apply to the external-inverter version.
Can it operate when the grid is unavailable?
The series includes off-grid ratings and a stated switching time below 10 ms. The final design must establish the supported loads, reserve, source-transfer arrangement and generator coordination where used.
How many units can be connected in parallel?
Multiple units; project-specific quantity. The final quantity and control arrangement must be confirmed for the project.
What determines backup duration?
The selected energy configuration, usable SOC window, reserve policy, conversion and auxiliary losses, temperature and changing site demand all affect runtime. Nominal kWh alone is not a guaranteed AC energy delivery or backup duration.
