IP65 Marine LiFePO4 Batteries with Self-Heating Support
Marine LiFePO4 battery options with 24 V, 48 V and 96 V configurations, IP65 protection, low-temperature self-heating support, RS485/CAN communication and up to 200 A maximum discharge.
Product Overview
Match battery storage to the vessel electrical system, installation space and operating environment. This marine series combines 24 V, 48 V and 96 V options with IP65 enclosures and low-temperature self-heating support. It is a starting point for custom onboard DC supply or compatible electric-propulsion projects, with integration and approval requirements defined for the vessel.
YINTU is an energy storage and battery solution provider. We work with capable manufacturing partners to coordinate product selection, technical clarification and the agreed supply scope for customer equipment projects.
Key Features
IP65 enclosure specification
IP65 is specified for the battery enclosure. Installation planning still considers the vessel compartment, drainage, cable entries and mounting conditions; this rating does not establish submersible use or vessel-level certification.
Low-temperature self-heating support
Self-heating support helps address projects with defined cold-weather charging requirements. Activation temperature, heating power, control logic and permitted battery operating temperatures are confirmed for the selected configuration.
Three vessel DC options
The series lists 24 V, 48 V and 96 V nominal configurations with 100 A maximum charging. Review the complete voltage window against onboard equipment and the selected charger before integration.
Power and communication interfaces
Maximum discharge is 150 A on the 24 V option and 200 A on the 48 V and 96 V versions. RS485/CAN interfaces support communication with compatible control systems after protocol matching.
Applications and Project Value
Onboard service loads
Supply compatible DC service equipment within an approved vessel electrical design. The battery proposal follows the total load profile, reserve requirement and charging arrangement for the intended operating schedule.
Electric propulsion evaluation
Consider the series for compatible propulsion projects after checking motor-controller voltage and peak demand. Select a battery configuration around the propulsion duty and the vessel design rather than assuming universal motor compatibility.
Small craft and workboats
Evaluate custom integration for suitable small-craft or workboat electrical systems. Battery location, enclosure access, cable routing and the agreed protection scheme are reviewed with the vessel integration team.
Cool-weather operation
Use self-heating support as part of a planned charging and temperature-management arrangement. The project defines heating activation, available energy and operating limits so the feature is matched to the actual climate and vessel duty.

Dimensions retain the source order and are shown as a shared value in the datasheet; confirm the final drawing for the selected version. Self-heating activation settings, temperature limits and marine approvals are project-specific. Nominal voltage labels are retained as supplied.
Battery Integration
The battery is selected as part of an equipment power system. A matched charging source supplies the pack, and the approved equipment interface connects it to the intended load. Communication and monitoring functions follow the selected configuration. Protection, cable sizing, switching and installation details belong to the final equipment design.
How YINTU Supports Custom Projects
Start with the equipment requirements: vessel DC bus and voltage limits, service or propulsion duty, charger, compartment environment, mounting, self-heating controls, communication and required marine approvals. We use this information to compare the listed configurations and identify the technical points that need alignment with the manufacturing partner.
- Define the duty: provide the operating profile, loads and charging opportunities.
- Match the configuration: review voltage, capacity, current, enclosure and interfaces.
- Agree the technical scope: confirm drawings, controller or charger compatibility and any sample evaluation requirements.
- Confirm the supply proposal: specify included hardware, documentation, packaging, commercial terms and delivery.
Charger, display, wiring, connectors, monitoring services and installation support are included only where specified in the quotation. Certification requirements, warranty and performance commitments are confirmed for the selected configuration; the series listing does not establish a blanket approval for every application.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does IP65 mean the battery has marine certification?
No. IP65 is an enclosure ingress-protection rating. Any vessel classification, flag-state or application-specific approval must be confirmed separately for the exact battery and installation.
What information is needed for a custom proposal?
Share the equipment model or design, voltage and current requirements, duty cycle, available installation space, charger information and the required control interface. Include any destination-specific testing or approval requirements.
Are the pictured enclosure and connections fixed?
The source images illustrate the product series. Enclosure, terminals, cables and accessories follow the selected configuration and approved drawing. Dimensions in the table retain the source order unless otherwise confirmed.
