Application
Use this AC-coupled cabinet for grid-connected plants with recurring peaks from compressors, overlapping shifts or equipment starts. The objective is to hold measured import below a defined demand threshold. The cabinet integrates the battery, PCS, BMS and EMS.
Size against the billing interval
Collect time-aligned meter data, shift schedules and the utility demand calculation. A 90 kW reduction for 90 minutes requires 135 kWh at the AC meter before allowance for losses, reserve and degradation. Check peak kW and the cumulative energy over successive intervals. Schedule recharge to avoid creating a new peak.
Connection and acceptance
Define CT polarity, point-of-connection metering, loss-of-communications behavior and any export limit. Existing PV can retain its own AC inverter. Site distribution, switchgear, meters, protection and commissioning are project items. YINTU coordinates selection and interfaces with the manufacturing partner.
