Application conditions

A workshop can have a short high-demand period when one shift is finishing and the next begins, even if its daily consumption is moderate. This configuration uses the 55 kW PCS and 100 kWh LFP battery to assess that overlap. Identify compressors, extraction fans, chargers and machinery that run together, using measured data at the billing meter.

A short-peak energy calculation

For an illustrative profile, offsetting 35 kW for 20 minutes requires about 11.7 kWh delivered at the AC meter. Repeating that event three times before a recharge opportunity requires about 35 kWh, before losses and reserves. Compare the instantaneous demand with the 55 kW output limit, and check phase loading and machine starting separately. Daily kWh alone cannot establish the right inverter size.

PV, reserve and recharge

The cabinet supports direct PV input and has a generator port. Evaluate whether solar production coincides with the overlap period and whether the battery can recharge before the next event. Set a protected energy reserve only after defining the backup loads. If grid charging is part of the plan, check that it does not exceed the desired site import threshold.

Defined delivery scope

YINTU coordinates the cabinet selection and engineering clarification with the manufacturer. Cabinet hardware includes conversion, battery and controls. PV modules, generator, site meters, switchgear and installation are agreed project items. Review interval data, the tariff calculation and the proposed dispatch acceptance test before ordering.
