YINTU Partner YOTAI Wins Low-Carbon Product Award for Heavy-Duty EV Charging
PARTNER NEWS | ENERGY STORAGE & EV CHARGING
Shenzhen, 16 October 2026 — YOTAI, YINTU's manufacturing partner for energy storage solutions, has received the Low-Carbon Product Award at the fourth Tsingsun Awards (集群清新奖) for its Ener Hexon® Strong 2560 kW split-type DC charging system. According to YOTAI's announcement, the award was presented during the 2026 Advanced Battery Industry Cluster Forum in Shenzhen.
The recognition highlights YOTAI's work in high-power charging for electric heavy-duty trucks and its broader “Energy Storage + X” approach. For YINTU, cooperation with YOTAI supports our role as a solution provider: matching manufacturing capabilities and suitable equipment to the energy needs of commercial and industrial customers.
Recognition for Heavy-Duty Electric Vehicle Charging
The Tsingsun Awards are an industry initiative led by the Advanced Battery Materials Industry Cluster, with participation from associations, alliances, universities and research institutions in the battery, new-materials and new-energy sectors.
YOTAI developed the Strong 2560 kW system for demanding truck-charging locations, including mining areas, construction-materials hubs, transport corridors and port industrial zones. Its announcement identifies the following features:
- 80 kW high-efficiency power modules, with a reported weighted efficiency of at least 96.5%.
- A 1+1 multi-host power pool for coordinated charging-power allocation.
- Up to 1,200 A through a single charging connector, supporting megawatt-class truck charging.
- A reported first-attempt charging success rate of at least 99%.
These figures are reported by YOTAI for the Strong charging series. They are not specifications for the 261CE energy storage cabinet.
From Charging Equipment to Integrated Energy Infrastructure
YOTAI reports that Strong-series charging equipment has been deployed alongside energy storage in projects such as the China Tower–Yuegang Songshan logistics-park heavy-truck charging station in northern Guangdong, a charging project serving the G4 Beijing–Hong Kong–Macao Expressway expansion in Hunan, and heavy-truck charging sites in western Hunan, Shenzhen's Dachan Bay and Xinjiang.
These references illustrate the connection between vehicle electrification and site energy planning. A logistics depot or industrial charging hub must consider more than charger power: transformer capacity, simultaneous charging demand, local electricity tariffs, available solar generation and fleet operating schedules all affect the final design.
YINTU and YOTAI: Manufacturing Expertise, Project-Specific Solutions
YINTU works with YOTAI to develop energy storage solutions around customer requirements. YOTAI contributes manufacturing and product capabilities, while YINTU supports application assessment, equipment selection, configuration coordination and supply communication. The agreed project scope defines equipment, installation interfaces and service responsibilities.
This cooperation allows YINTU to assess storage for factories, commercial buildings, logistics depots and charging facilities. Each proposal starts with the site's load profile and operating objectives, so battery power, stored energy and controls can be selected for the intended duty.
Where the 261CE Storage Cabinet Fits
One option in YINTU's C&I portfolio is the 261CE 125 kW / 261 kWh liquid-cooled energy storage cabinet. Its configuration combines 125 kW rated AC power with 261.248 kWh nominal LFP battery energy, integrating the battery system, PCS, BMS, EMS and thermal management in an outdoor cabinet.
The 261CE can be assessed as a storage building block in a broader site design:
- Charging depots and logistics parks: discharge during overlapping charging and building-load peaks, subject to the cabinet's power rating and available stored energy.
- Solar-equipped commercial sites: store available daytime PV generation for later consumption through an AC-coupled arrangement with an external PV inverter.
- Factories and industrial parks: coordinate charging and discharging around demand peaks, production schedules and time-of-use tariffs.
- Sites with planned backup requirements: assess essential loads and operating duration together with the required isolation, switching and protection equipment.
A megawatt-scale charging site may require multiple storage units or a different system architecture. The 261CE's contribution depends on measured demand, connection limits, charging schedules and the approved controls design; one cabinet does not imply sufficient capacity for a 2,560 kW charging system.
