522 kWh Mobile BESS with 320 kW Dual-Gun DC Charging
Mobile LiFePO4 storage with 522 kWh energy, 2 x 160 kW DC charging guns and a 250 kW AC PCS. Integrates battery, BMS, PCS, charger and EMS for temporary fleet charging, construction equipment and selected AC backup loads.
Product Overview
Designed for repeated charging duties across changing work locations, this 522 kWh mobile BESS combines two 160 kW DC charging guns with a 250 kW AC PCS. Its larger energy reserve suits construction work fronts, municipal fleets and temporary depots where permanent charging access is limited.
YINTU is an energy storage solution provider. We work with capable manufacturing partners to match mobile equipment, charging interfaces and site requirements, and coordinate technical clarification and the agreed project supply scope.
Key Features
2 charging guns with 320 kW total DC rating
The integrated charger provides 2 x 160 kW rated charging outlets across a stated 200-1000 V DC output range. Select compatible connectors and communication protocols for the intended vehicles. Actual charging power follows vehicle voltage, current limits, battery state and operating conditions.
250 kW AC power capability
The integrated PCS provides a 250 kW AC rating at 230/400 V and 50/60 Hz. It supports energy conversion and selected AC supply duties alongside the dedicated DC charging system. AC PCS and DC charging ratings describe separate functions and must not be added together as a guaranteed simultaneous output.
Integrated storage, charging and control
LiFePO4 batteries, BMS, PCS, charger and EMS are combined in one mobile equipment platform. BMS and EMS coordination supports operating supervision while the project design defines energy reserve, load priorities and permitted power allocation.
Thermal management and outdoor protection
Liquid cooling manages the battery compartment and air cooling serves the electrical compartment. IP54 protection, C4 corrosion grade and aerosol fire protection provide a defined equipment specification for outdoor site selection and operating planning.
Applications and Project Value
Construction and earthmoving
Move charging support with excavators, bulldozers and loaders as the work front changes. Two 160 kW DC charging guns and a 522 kWh reserve provide a basis for planning recurring replenishment sessions for compatible electric machinery.
Heavy-duty and municipal fleets
Provide temporary charging access for compatible sanitation vehicles, mixers and transport trucks. Two outlets allow a coordinated service schedule, while the energy budget determines how much energy can be allocated before the mobile system needs recharging.
Road-building projects
Support compatible electric graders, rollers and asphalt pavers away from permanent charging infrastructure. Position the unit at an accessible staging area and schedule charging during machine breaks or shift changes to match the construction programme.
Lifting and logistics operations
Bring a mobile energy source to compatible cranes, truck cranes and logistics vehicles. Vehicle voltage, communication protocol and connector selection are checked together so the charging system matches the actual fleet rather than a generic vehicle category.
Temporary depots and charging expansion
Use the 522 kWh battery as an energy buffer while permanent depot capacity is limited or new chargers are being installed. Dispatch and recharge planning can adapt the equipment to seasonal demand, temporary projects or changes in operating location.
Selected AC loads during interruptions
Use the 250 kW PCS to supply planned AC loads through suitable distribution and transfer equipment. This provides a second use for the storage platform beyond vehicle charging; the final design establishes the permitted AC and DC output allocation.
How the Mobile System Works
A compatible grid connection allows the PCS to charge the battery under the approved operating arrangement. Stored DC energy serves the integrated DC charger for compatible vehicles or passes through the PCS to supply selected AC loads. EMS and BMS coordination manages the system within its configured limits.
For a planned AC backup installation, the source selection, STS and protection arrangement coordinates grid supply, any standby source and the PCS. The datasheet specifies a grid-to-off-grid STS switching time below 10 ms; the final project design determines which loads and transfer functions are included.
